Half of over-50s say they no longer sleep very well

ALMOST half of people in their 50s say they do not sleep well because of worsening mental health.
Two in five report being more anxious while nearly a fifth admit that they are finding it harder to look after themselves compared to a year ago.
The survey, called "I Just Feel Like No One Cares", was expanded this year by the charity Age UK to include 50-somethings after previously focusing on the over-60s.
