Grooming child rapist pair jailed

TWO men who groomed and raped vulnerable girls in Rotherham have been jailed.
Romulad Stefan Houphouet, 37, was handed a 20-year term and Absolom Sigiyo, 41, got 18 years and six months yesterday after they were found guilty of a number of offences earlier this week.
Judge Sarah Wright told them they had inflicted “severe psychological harm” on the former children's home residents, who watched the Sheffield Crown Court hearing and sentencing via video link.
