SIX ARRESTS AFTER PROTEST

PROTESTERS are set to descend on a hotel housing asylum seekers this weekend after a rallying call by far-Right activist Tommy Robinson.

News of the “mass mobilisation” comes after six people were arrested on Sunday — following another demonstration outside the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex.

Robinson, 42, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, says he will attend a protest rally on Sunday, saying on X that “the world will hear the lion roar”.

Riot police are drawing up emergency plans for the event, which is expected to draw significant crowds and counter-protesters, creating the potential for violent clashes.

On Sunday, six people were arrested after another protest escalated into “thuggery”, police said.
