Cuppa booster...green tea can fight off Covid virus

DRINKING green tea or a matcha latte may be a weapon in the fight against Covid as it can "effectively inactivate" the virus, research has found.

Chemicals in the drink bind to the spike protein sticking out from the surface of the virus and stop it from infecting cells.
