J RICHARD writes opposite about the ordeal suffered by the couple who dared to criticise their daughter's school in an online forum.

They were arrested on suspicion of harassment, malicious communications and causing a nuisance on school property.

It was all nonsense, of course.

After eight hours languishing in a police cell, the pair were released without charge. But it was a near-perfect example of how far the forces of "wokery" have penetrated and hijacked our concept of free speech. These days, you can be nicked for perfectly legally and perfectly reasonably speaking your mind.
