'Cars to blame for potholes'

THE sheer number of cars on the road is the main reason why we have so many potholes, an expert has claimed.
Phil Sabin says that in 40 years of working on the roads, he has never seen them in such a poor state of repair.
And he has criticised the Government for letting things get this bad after “decades of underinvestment”.
