CAM NORRIE says he is in better preform than when he Wimbledon reached the semi-finals last year and the British No.1 is ready to take on Andy Murray in the first round.

Norrie was beaten in the third round of the French Open and in the quarterfinals of the cinch Championships at Queen's Club.

But the world No.13 won his second exhibition match of the week in the Giorgio Armani Armani Classic at the Hurlingham Club, overcoming Serbian world No.56 Laslo Djere 6-3 6-2 yesterday.
