Banks hit by payday outages

THOUSANDS of customers were frustrated as banking apps were again hit by IT issues yesterday.
Nationwide, First Direct, Lloyds and Halifax all confirmed issues with their online banking systems.
It is the second month in a row that major banks have been hit around payday.
