BOTTLES and smoke flares were last night thrown towards police vehicles blocking the entrance to a hotel believed to be housing asylum seekers.
One arrest was made as over 100 protesters gathered outside the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, with some chanting: “Save our kids.”
