Activist wins legal battle over Pride march cops

A CHIEF constable was wrong to allow uniformed officers to march under a Pride Progress flag promoting transgender ideology, a court has found.
A judge yesterday issued a landmark ruling after gender-critical activist Linzi Smith won her legal battle against the marching police as it was ruled they had “breached an oath to act impartially”.
