Proposals for 55 affordable new homes

PLANS have been submitted for 55 affordable homes in the open countryside at Winterley.
The proposal is for a site to the west of Crewe Road in the north of the village.
A planning statement from Mosaic Town Planning on behalf of applicant Breck Homes, states although the site is in the open countryside, Cheshire East's shortfall in deliverable housing land must be considered against planning policy and 'there are no adverse impacts which would significantly and demonstrably outweigh the benefits'.
