SMALL BUT MIGHTY ONEPLUS 15 OFFERS PEACE OF MIND WITH ITS GIANT BATTERY

- JUSTIN CONNOLLY

IT is one of the great ironies of the smartphone age that these devices, which are supposed to make our lives easier, have brought with them great anxiety.

Yes, I'm talking about battery worry much of our lives and the things we need to run them in 2025 exist on our phones, which makes keeping them juiced up long enough to last through the day's duties more important than it ever was.

We've all been in that situation there's 7% left, and how will I board the plane if the battery dies? How will I pay for the train home with a dead phone?

What about the tickets for the gig tonight? I won't get in if there's no power left.

It's a bit weird, then, that there is a current trend for phones that are thinner at the expense of battery life - Apple's iPhone Air and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge spring to mind.
