POLICE MAKES SURPRISE DISCOVERY AFTER BEING CALLED TO HOUSE

'ALL was not as it seemed' when police were called to a house in Coventry.

The Bablake team responded to reports of a smashed window at a property off Beake Avenue.

"When officers arrived, all was not as it seemed, the property was found to be a cannabis factory," the team explained in a community update. They found a 'substantial grow' in four rooms and the attic.

The plants were seized and destroyed. The factory was also dismantled.
