THE new that big-time boxing is returning to Coventry has given Huey Malone a boost before his next fight.

- By MATT BOZEAT

Promoter Scott Murray hands Malone his third professional fight on his Excelsior Sporting Club show in Cannock on Thursday night.

Murray also has plans to bring big fights to Coventry next year.

He told the Telegraph he has April and September dates pencilled in at the Skydome - and Malone looks sure to feature, providing he wins this week.

“I would love to fight there and one day top the bill and win titles there,” said the 23-year-old.
