REGARDING the accidental release of convicted sex offender Hadush Kebatu who entered the country illegally.

This is frightening enough, but then, when you see 262 have been released in error, it's no longer a worry, it's an epidemic of incompetence that could have catastrophic consequences.

Surely, it can't be that complicated a person is convicted, sentenced, released. It's a three point equation, so what can go wrong?
