Back in hospital to say thanks

A COVENTRY crash survivor visited NHS staff who saved his life and said he was ‘overcome with joy.’ Dylan Parmar-Saville suffered serious injuries in a freak accident and had to be airlifted to University Hospital Coventry.

Dylan had been driving to Leicestershire when a tyre blowout caused him to crash into a ditch in September 2022. He was rushed to UHCW with a head injury, broken elbow, fractured femur and spine injuries.

After undergoing surgery the following morning, Dylan spent a week in ICU. His family was told to prepare for the worst, but the 27-year-old miraculously survived.
