Anger at 'disgraceful' fly-tipping in Coventry

Rubbish has been dumped in Allesley Green.

Electrical items, garden pots, and used paint tubs were recently discarded near Allesley Park. Cabinets, which were seemingly smashed, were also among the items dumped.

Coventry City Council said they believe the items were builders' waste or a paid-for office clearance job that was illegally fly-tipped.

Councillor Peter Male said there had been a series of incidents in recent days, which he slammed as 'disgraceful'.
