THE South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is calling on passionate and dedicated individuals in the local area to make a difference in their communities by becoming Community First Responders (CFRs).
-
CFRs are trained volunteers who attend medical emergencies in their local area while an ambulance is on its way. They provide essential lifesaving care in those critical first few minutes, including CPR and defibrillation, often making a real difference to patient outcomes.
SWASFT is currently recruiting CFRs in priority areas including Cheddar. You don't need to live in these exact locations to apply, if you live nearby, you are welcome to submit an application.
