Someone has to be held responsible for failure which led to Pahalgam attack : Omar Abdullah

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said someone has to be held responsible for the intelligence failure which led to April's Pahalgam attack which killed 26 people.

Reacting to a statement by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha—who termed the incident a grave security lapse and took personal responsibility—Omar said such a major attack could not have occurred without a serious breakdown in the system.
