India carries out precision strikes on Pak military targets, hits command and control centres, weapon storage areas

In response to Pakistan launching multiple attacks on India, the Indian Armed Forces carried out precision attacks on military targets in Pakistan, in Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Chunian, hitting command and control centres, radar sites and weapon storage areas, Indian defence officials said.

Defence Officials, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, and Col Sofiy Qureshi, briefing media on the latest escalations, said:

“Pakistani military continued with its provocations, carrying out aggressive actions employing multiple threat vectors all along the western border, using UCAV combat drones, drones, long-range weapons, loitering munitions and fighter aircrafts to target civilian areas and military infrastructure.

The Pakistan military also resorted to air intrusions using drones and firing of heavy calibre weapons along the Line of Control.

Pakistani attacks were also encountered along the International Border and the Line of Control, with “air intrusions and several harassment attacks” attempted from Srinagar till Naliya at more than 26 locations, they said.
