Climate action talks to give net-zero focus

CREATING a greener district for South Cambridgeshire residents is on the agenda at a climate conference celebrating net zero action locally.

South Cambridgeshire District Council is holding its third Local Climate Action Conference, open to everyone, on Friday, October 17. Speakers include Ian Walters, who will talk about a biodiversity action plan for Duxford Parish, and Josh Newman, from Grantchester's HeatLink, who will talk about the transition to renewable heating.
