The initial public offering (IPO) of NSDL will open on Wednesday (July 30) and close on Friday (August 1).

The company has set a price band of 760-800 for the IPO. At the top-end of the price band, NSDL's maiden public issue is expected to fetch 4,011 crore valuing the company at ₹16,000 crore. The IPO is entirely a secondary share sale by six institutions that includes IDBI Bank, NSE, HDFC Bank, and SBI. The IPO will bring down IDBI Bank and NSE's stake below 15 per cent,
