Assistant manager Pat Lyons was on media duty yesterday with boss Gary Bowyer feeling under the weather.

Lyons says that the Brewers face a tough test as they head to the capital to take on the Dons.

Lyons told the club: “It's going to be a brilliant challenge for us. They've been excellent this season since coming up and Johnnie Jackson has done a great job.

“They're a tough team to play against and they're in great form - won five out of the last six and top of the form guide.

“They've only lost one game at home since the start of the season, and that was a last-minute goal against Cardiff, so they're very dominant at home. We know what's ahead and how difficult it will be, but our away performances have been really good lately.

“We're going on the road with a lot of confidence, as well as looking for a reaction from last week. If we do the right things and perform at our level, we'll definitely give ourselves an opportunity to take something from the game.”
