Burton care home plans unveiled

RESIDENTIAL HOME TO HOUSE VULNERABLE ADULTS

PLANS have been lodged for a residential care home in Burton for adults with learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges.

Set to be located on Forest Road, the home would accommodate four adults.

Peace Nest Care Homes have applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council to convert the property from use class C3 to C2, which covers care homes.

No external alterations are planned for the property, and only minor internal changes.

The property currently provides six off-street parking spaces, including a garage, which is above the requirements imposed by the council.
