Non-League Yate's away-day misery

YATE Town suffered a 3-0 defeat at Hanwell Town in their first away game back in Southern League Premier South.
The Middlesex side took a 31st-minute lead from the penalty spot, but Yate were unlucky not to equalise just before halftime when Joe Guest's header from a Charlie White cross hit the post.
Hanwell struck twice more midway through the second half, and Yate’s day was summed up when Guest struck the post again in the closing stages.
In the Jewson League Premier Division, Nailsea & Tickenham gained their first point with a goalless draw at home to Wellington.
Brislington are still searching for their first win of the campaign after a 3-0 home defeat by Helston Athletic.
