Ronan Hale put the hosts in front from the penalty spot in the first-half, but Rovers responded by making four changes at the break. Alfie Kilgour and Ellis Harrison scored the goals for the Gas, with the latter’s 72nd-minute strike securing the three points. Gills then finished the match with 10 men, with skipper Armani Little sent off in the dying seconds.
