The 25-year-old has missed most of the season through a series of injuries, making just 13 appearances. But on what was his comeback after missing two months, the striker broke the deadlock against Tranmere Rovers with a clinical finish.

Speaking to BRTV after returning from injury, he was relieved to be back playing and hopes he is over the injuries issues which have plagued his season for the Gas.

“I'm feeling really good,” he said. “Really, really good. Obviously, it has been a difficult few months. Just a difficult time in general. I don’t think people understand how frustrating it is and has been for me.
