Cricket Alleyne 'really pleased' to remain as Glos coach until 2028

GLOUCESTERSHIRE head coach Mark Alleyne has signed a new three-year deal to remain as the club's head coach until 2028.
The new deal means Alleyne will be available to lead the side throughout the One Day Cup, having previously missed the competition due to his commitment with Welsh Fire in The Hundred.
Alongside his work at Gloucestershire, Alleyne will undertake a part-time coaching role at Marlborough College.
This will take place during the winter months, when around 80 per cent of the club's players are overseas, and will not affect his time with the squad during the summer.
