BRAND NEW BUTTERFLY LODGE TO ASSIST FAMILIES OF PATIENTS UNDER CARE TO STAY CLOSE BY LOVED ONES
BUILDING has just got under way on a facility in Boston, to allow relatives to stay close to their loved ones who are critically ill.
The Butterfly Hospice Trust announced last week the commencement of construction on a brand new overnight stay facility, the Butterfly Lodge, at the Hospice site near the Horncastle Road.
This facility will be available completely free of charge to families of patients under the hospice's care.
The intention is that they will have a comforting space to rest, eat and sleep while remaining close to their loved ones during some of the saddest days of their lives.
After reaching out to the public, and hearing a need for the facility, the charity has been dedicated to securing the necessary funding to make the Butterfly Lodge a reality.
