COUGHLAN ATTRACTING INTEREST FROM HARTLEPOOL
BOSTON United have rejected an approach from fellow National League side Hartlepool United for their manager Graham Coughlan, according to reports.
Hartlepool, who finished 11th in the National League this term, approached the Pilgrims for Coughlan, as reported by Football Insider, but the offer was swiftly and unsurprisingly rejected.
The Boston boss remains under contract, so any potential managerial swoop would have to come with a compensation package for his current employers.
Coughlan has done a remarkable job since his appointment in November last year.
When he took charge, Boston were seven points adrift of safety, but a run of 11 wins in their final 18 games saw the Lincolnshire side finish the season in 19th.
