Former cannabis hotspot warehouse eyed up for apartments

|May 21, 2025
PLANS to build 25 new residential apartments on the outskirts of Boston have been submitted.
-
Cioffi & Jones Ltd has applied for planning permission from Boston Borough Council to partially demolish and convert a disused warehouse off Station Road in Hubberts Bridge into a new residential block.
The scheme includes 24 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, making use of the 20 car parking spaces already available on the site.
The building hit the headlines in January 2023 when around 6,000 cannabis plants were discovered in a police raid resulting in one man receiving a two-year sentence for drugs offences.
