Steps to bring an end to daily jams at pinch points

Efforts are under way to end the daily problem of "traffic blocks" in Garstang town centre.

For the past two decades, vehicles parked on the narrow 'pinch points' of High Street and Market Place have contributed to halting through traffic, usually by blocking buses which, in turn, creates tailbacks.
