Vitor will do level best to be up for challenge

WOLVES boss Vitor Pereira has called on his side to find their “best level” as they get their Premier League campaign under way at home to Manchester City this afternoon.

The Old Gold have been tasked with building on the club’s 16th-placed finish in the top flight last time around.

Wolves face a side who ended last season in third place, but have won six out of seven topflight titles under Pep Guardiola.

Pereira praised his opposite number and, while acknowledging the scale of the challenge facing his side, he is anticipating tough tests throughout the campaign.

“T know it’s a big challenge, but in this league every game is a very difficult game, a top-level game, and we need to look for ourselves,’ he said.
