Second man charged over burns death

DETECTIVES have charged a second man with murder of a Birmingham man killed six years ago.

Victim Tomasz Samel, 45, was taken from his home in Raleigh Close, Handsworth, on March 27, 2019.
Later that day, he banged on the door of a property in Bickerstaffe, Lancashire, to get help, suffering from 75% burns.
He died in a specialist burns unit in Liverpool three months later.
