AN avid market-goer says he will be avoiding Birmingham this Christmas after he was kicked from behind in a random attack.

Sky Tudor, from Solihull, was making his way back home via the shopping area in Birmingham city centre when he and his carer were set upon by a stranger.

The 48-year-old has visited the Frankfurt Market with friends and family every year since it started in the city - but will miss out this festive season out of fear.
