Gang of thieves sentenced over roles in car key burglaries

A GANG of four thieves - including two men from Solihull - have been sentenced for their roles in car key burglaries.

Police launched an investigation after a number of car thefts in Solihull, Redditch and Bromsgrove, between November and December 2023.
Eid Ajam, 20, of Blenheim Road, and Sufian Younis, 21, of Sandy Hill Road, both Solihull, were convicted at Worcester Crown Court.
Ajam was sentenced to two years and 11 months behind bars for conspiracy to steal motor vehicles, and two years and eight months, to run concurrently, for conspiracy to commit burglaries.
