A FORMER ‘nuisance’ pub in Wolverhampton will be allowed to open as a new bar and grill.

The Pendulum in Blaydon Road, Pendeford, will reopen under new owner Tajinder Singh after it was granted an alcohol licence by City of Wolverhampton Council.
