Honour for saving Bath Festivals

Mayor of Bath Bharat Pankhania has honoured the man who helped to save Bath Festivals with his exceptional voluntary efforts.

In his citation, the mayor applauded Richard Hall's efforts to rescue Bath Festivals as it faced a financial crisis following Covid.

His work has been entirely voluntary, driven only by a passionate commitment to the festivals that had inspired him since his time as a student at the University of Bath.

With a lifetime of living in and around Bath and with his business in the city, Richard has been committed over many years to 'put something back' into his home city.
