Event provides a showcase for creative talent
Bath Chronicle
|July 03, 2025
Bath's annual celebration of creative self-expression took a dynamic leap forward with the introduction of a Student Taster Day, drawing aspiring make-up artists and body painters from across the region for a weekend of inspiration, competition, and professional guidance.
-
The event, held at the scenic Field Good event space near Bath, formed a key part of the 8th Bath BodyArt Weekend.
Designed to encourage inclusivity and hands-on learning, the inaugural Student Taster Day offered a unique platform for emerging talent from local colleges and universities to showcase their artistry and learn from leading industry figures.
The programme included two student competitions - Avant Garde Make-up and Fantasy Face Painting - that spotlighted creative flair and confidence-building in a supportive environment.
