City farm has autumn on its mind

Families, gardeners and nature-lovers alike are being invited to step into autumn with a full programme of seasonal events at Bath City Farm.

From flower arranging and animal encounters to live music and lantern parades, the community farm has announced a packed calendar running from early September through November.

The programme begins on Saturday, September 6, with a posy-making workshop, where participants can create floral displays using seasonal flowers and foliage. That same day also sees the launch of the Saturday Farm Club, a six-week series for children interested in farming and local wildlife.

Young people can also take part in a new youth club starting on either Saturday, September 6, or Saturday, September 13, offering a welcoming space to connect and develop skills.
