Thaksin 'not concerned' by PGH case

Court continues witness testimonies
Thaksin Shinawatra's lawyer said the former prime minister remains unconcerned about the ongoing court proceedings regarding his hospital stay, emphasising that the case is being handled according to legal procedures without political interference.
The Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions yesterday held the second witness hearing in the case, which examines whether Thaksin's treatment during his stay on the 14th floor of the Police General Hospital (PGH) complied with Department of Corrections (DoC) regulations.
Witnesses included doctors and nurses from Bangkok Remand Prison and the Correctional Hospital.
