Mall Ramkhamhaeng turns to culture

The Mall Group Co Ltd, owner and operator of The Mall Ramkhamhaeng, is transforming the shopping complex into a cultural retail hub.

The “1981 Soul & Sold” project features a new cultural retail concept integrating commerce, culture and community into one destination.

The project is under development and is seeking tenants, with an opening expected later this year.

The redevelopment is part of the company’s long-term asset strategy to transform the retail complex into a cultural hub for Bangkok, responding to changing consumer behaviour that increasingly values experience, storytelling and identity alongside traditional shopping.

The Mall Group intends to adopt a project-based collaboration model, inviting specialised partners to contribute to concept development and tenant curation.
