Unique mentorship prog to connect current students with alumni to prepare them for summer internships

In a pioneering initiative to bridge the gap between industry expectations and student performance during internships, MICA, Ahmedabad, has enlisted 20 senior alumni to mentor its students.

The Summer Internship Project (SIP) Mentoring program, spearheaded by Sastry Nookala (Class of 1997) and supported by a panel of 19 senior alumni, aims to provide one-on-one guidance from seasoned professionals as first-year students prepare for their summer internships.
