Gujarat High Court dismissed a decade-old petition that stalled the implementation of Town Planning Scheme No. 241 for Nana Chiloda. This ruling clears the path for Olympic infrastructure development in the area.

Justice Mauna Bhatt ruled on Wednesday in favour of the State and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Her decision effectively lifts the legal freeze on one of the city's vital east-west arterial roads. This route is set to serve as the backbone for upcoming Olympic facilities near Sardar Patel Sports Complex and Motera.
