If you were hoping for the chill of winter, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has some news for you.

According to the Met Department, Gujarat will see light to moderate rainfall over the next seven days, with the intensity of showers expected to increase within the next 48 hours. The department has also warned of thunderstorms for the next four days, particularly across the southern and coastal regions of the state.

In fact, according to the department, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, and Botad may see heavy to very heavy rainfall on October 26.
