Gloucester too strong for battling Nottingham

GLOUCESTER kicked-off their 150th season with a six-try win over battling Nottingham.
Jack Clement topped and tailed the try scoring, with further efforts from Rees Dunn, Josh Hathaway, Jacob Morris, and a penalty try.
Clayver Joussain and Harry Graham touched down in the second half for a valiant Nottingham side that fought hard.
No.8 Clement dived over from close range for the opening try after Gloucester had opted for the corner following an early penalty.
A perfectly placed 50:22 from Barton put Gloucester within striking distance again soon after and Dunn scored after a series of neat off-loads put the full-back clear on the wing. Another Barton conversion made it 14-0.
