MANSFIELD Town produced a slick second half display to run out 6-0 winners at United Counties League outfit Hucknall Town.

The League One side led 2-0 at the break thanks to an early goal from Hiram Boateng and a Ben Quinn penalty.

And the Stags ran riot in the final half-hour with Eric McWoods, Keanu Baccus, Finn Flanagan and Stephen McLaughlin wrapped things up.

Southern League Premier Central newcomers Harborough Town beat Real Bedford 2-1 thanks to goals from a trialist and Riley O’Sullivan but they needed keeper Elliott Taylor to be at his best. Alfreton Town played out a goalless draw with Ilkeston Town and Mickleover beat Kidderminster Harriers 2-1.

Callum King-Harmes scored the only goal as Bromsgrove Sporting won 1-0 at Lichfield City and it finished 1-1 between Banbury United and AFC Totton – Josh Owers handing the visitors the lead, cancelled out by a trialist.
