Heavy use of social media and smartphones linked to loneliness and anxiety

Night owls more likely to be addicted to screens

Young night owls are more at risk of developing problematic relationships with smartphones and social media because they have higher levels of loneliness.

More than 400 people aged 18-25 were surveyed by University of Portsmouth researchers to measure how sleep-wake timings relate to addictive phone use, such as compulsively checking notifications and uncontrolled screen time.

ARE YOU DEALING WITH A SILENT saboteur?

But the sesame seeds were baked into the dough, and they weren't listed as an ingredient. After taking just a few fateful bites, there was little she could do.
