They've been dating for less than a year, but could cracks already be showing in Jennifer Aniston's romance with Jim Curtis? The couple were seen on the icy streets of New York City on February 19, engaged in what looked like a frosty exchange.

They had just inspected a luxury apartment on the Upper East Side Jim is a New Yorker while Jen usually resides in Los Angeles. They didn't stay long though, and walked away at some distance apart after the brief viewing.

The seemingly tense moment came just days after hypnotherapist and author Jim, 50, gave extraordinarily personal insight on difficulties in his relationship with Jen during a new interview.
