Known for his effortlessly put-together style, enviable fitness, and the kind of glow that could power a stage light, Zaeden has mastered the art of balance between sound and self-care. We caught up with the multi-hyphenate to get a peek into his grooming game, fitness formula, and what keeps him looking (and smelling) good. Excerpts:

How informed are you when it comes to grooming products, ingredients in skincare and hair care, and new innovative products?

Not as much as I'd like to be, but I've gone down the YouTube rabbit hole about niacinamide and retinol a bunch of times, with close to no action taken. Work in progress!

What's your everyday grooming routine like?

Simple—cleanse, moisturise, sunscreen (I'm a bit inconsistent with this one). That's the holy trinity, I believe. A good fragrance is nonnegotiable for me. I'm obsessed with perfumes. No wonder I'm running a fragrance brand called Sol!
